Maybe his thinking the lank of movement from Callum and his latest underwhelming performances make him a prime candidate to expose. oh and the fight is on DAZN, so, so much for those who claimed they were in trouble because he left...
Yes it looks like those who criticsed Hearn for not doing enough for Smiths career are looking rather foolish as Hearn has just landed him the biggest fight going. Really hope Smith wins this.
Made up for Smith getting the fight. This is fantastic that they’re getting it on. I’ll be cheering him on. In regards to the actual fight, a lot will depend on what Canelo puts into the contract beforehand particularly with rehydration clauses. I imagine he will have Smith’s team jumping through hoops to get the fight so he’ll have been calling the shots. I think Ryder set the blue print. He kept successfully moving in on the inside without catching much in return and he landed some decent shots. I think Canelo will do the same but a lot lot better. Could see Canelo going southpaw for a bit too.

Hope fight happens. For me would be my fight of the year, I have wanted this fight for a long time. As @Twentyman said alot would depend on rehydration clause. If that is not an issue I will be putting dough on Smith. People focusing on a poor performance v Ryder will see a different fighter in this fight. I think Smith will stop him late or me unlucky on cards. Hardest fight for Canelo at 160-168ib.
