Big fight tonight/tomorrow morning. I know he’s got a bit of a tainted reputation but I love watching Alvarez. He’s obviously got tremendous physical attributes but I think mentally the man is a genius, he’s always got a way to break different types of fighters down, the game plan is always spot on. The last few years he’s just elevated above everything and anything.
I’m hoping for a good fight but it’s hard to get too excited when Canelo’s opponent doesn’t have much power. I really like Plant, his style in the ring and his life story and would love to see him cause problems but I can’t see him doing any better than Saunders.
Can't see Plant doing much but at least he looks to have turned up with some needle and fire in his belly. Lets just hope he brings that into the ring with him. Because lets be honest, Saunders and Smith, who on paper were supposed to cause Canelo problems, just seemed happy to be there for the pay day and it showed in their performances.
I've been listening to a lot of the features on BT Sport about thd fight from Bunce and Co. No matter how much they try and sell the fight by saying Plant has a chance, I just don't see it. The odds on the betting sights are giving no chance for Plant, I agree
Love watching Canelo but this is a morning after job for me. Really hope he fights 4 times next year against the guys he said he wants. Would love any of the names he mentioned. He is on the cusp of high ATG status for me.
Will be shocked if Plant can plant one on Canelo and he has no chance on points. Canelo should justify short odds for me.
Been looking forward to this one, so will try to stay up for it. As the weeks gone on I've had this feeling it could be a real cracking fight. Deep down I Kinda know canelito k. O 8 to 10 but Plant has a small chance to cause him some problems me thinks.
Not getting up for it Canelo easy victory for me, I'll watch it in the morning Like Plant though and wish him all the best, he's had it tough
I won’t be watching live but plant will have some success in this fight. He won’t win but will definitely give canelo a harder fight than kovalev
