Can't sleep

It happened again..... I was watching the 2008 ringside tournament and became very eager and hyper. I can't sleep. So might as well get somewhat of a workout in right?

Any ideas of something I can do in a small room? Oh and something that won't wake up my parents

 

How did you get video of the tournament?

Working out will only make you more awake. Quiet your mind, relax and get some rest.

 

On youtube, it was only a few rounds. I'm not trying to go to sleep actually, I have nothing to do tomorrow so yeah

 

I had the same when I was like 15/16/17/18 years old.

I always did push-ups and work out my stomach muscels at night.


Why are you awake? Is your mind all ****ed up?

Haha tons of times xD. I sleep with one eye open though, so don't get alot of sleep

 

try shutting the other eye aswll
