    Don King has cheated Oleg out of his fair share of the purse, fight venue, judges, referee. This takes place in Mexico, the country of Jose "The Bandit" Sulaiman. Peter expects the WBC to hand over the belt to him. The WBC has already announced Peter the winner! Shouldn't they have the fight first? There is a lawsuit pending and I don't blame those suing. Read the article at fightnews, Rappaport. I already knew about it. Look how Peter has had everything layed out in his favor all his career. Terry Norris lost his title because of using Peter's favorite punch to the back of the head, but the rules do not apply to Peter. This appears to be a classic rigged fight. Oleg needs a knockout to get a split decision! Still, Oleg might just get the knockout.

    Oleg's old, he'll get crushed early, I'd bet Peter is preparing well for this also.

    Speaking of which has anyone seen any vids of him training? He better not be training at mcdonalds....

    I saw a picture of him training. He looks to be 245 or so. His camp said they've brought in conditioning coaches and nutritionists - he's going to be ready.

    Peter said he would knock McCline out early. What happened to Peter's power and chin in that fight. McCline was out of shape and took the fight early.

    We will see then . . . how this fight turns out. If Peter wins it convingcingly . . . I guess the Hype JOB STORY will have to go down the drain. HYPES doesn't always work . . . the fighter always have to prove himself out of the hype.

    I don't understand the whinging, all the Maskaev backers seem very confident he's going to knock out Peter anyway so the judges, officials etc don't matter.

    The cash thing sucks but hey - it's Don King. Did Maskaev & co really expect anything different? Usually is someone gets screwed over by King, it's because they didn't do a good enough job in spotting his loopholes in the contract. With a good lawyer, you can do fine with King.

    It sucks about the purse. It sucks if Maskev goes into the fight thinking the only way I can win is to get a knockout. That's a lot of pressure.
