Heard that he will be fighting on 5th march in huddersfield, on the undercard of the Gary Sykes fight but dont know who against. Anyone heard who he'll be fighting (I heard romours of Scott Quigg)? or who would you like to see him fight?

there is more chance of him fighting me than Quigg.

he will be fighting someone crap just to stay busy.

There are too man big irish fights coming up and Barry Mc wouldnt risk a show in Belfast with so many Irish fight fans focused on Casey and McCloskey

p.s. how is the Larne weather today?

I've offered him a spar in Kevin Maree's gym in Gisburn where he used to train regularly - funnily enough he has never been back and "chooses" to train 'dan saff' at Barrys gaff in Kent now instead.

All very coincidental I am sure :smoke

    WHat say you T-Rex!?

LOL no chance of Quigg. Thats to big a fight down the line to happen on a Skykes undercard.

Kris Hughes would be a good choice. Could be a British title eliminator and would be for the Jackals Celtic title.

Frampton looks like the man to me but I like Murray also.

I think you are going to need to lower your sights for this one. I'll find out today what the tactics are.

    eurobum it is then??

No such a bad thing. Frampton level of oppo had been pretty decent so far. Please not another Quigg/Murray opponent.

Stick him in with that Lukin from Eastern Europe.

He's naturally a bit bigger and stronger than Frampton, but can box a bit and take a punch.

He fought Paulie Hyland a couple of years ago and was VERY unlucky not to get the win, I was there as was Neil Hibbert I believe.

After that make the fight with Hyland for the Irish title, then look at a fight with Quigg later in the year.

I reckon its just a filler before Barry gets back onto the Setanta contract.

Whoever they get, he cant be as bad as the last guy he fought in Huddersfield.

Poor ould Istvan Szabo, Jesus I winced when I saw him getting into the ring. Talk about a foregone conclusion.

I would be delighted is it was either of Quigg or Murrays last opponents to be honest. In fact Chinella would be a good shout. It would allow comparisons to Murray and Hyland.

That would be 3 losses on the bounce for Hyland then (in my opinion) - ouch!

That Italian dude who took Casey the distance sounds like he'd be a good choice. Emilio Salvini.

won't be quigg's last opponent sassou, he is fighting joe murray soon. he would be the ideal opponent for frampton tho.
