I know carl personaly and trained with him in ireland with gerry storey when he was still amature hes world class and gonna make a big bang real soon guys watch this space.can punch with either hand and is realy strong

Jeff Thomas was talking about Carl last year, sounds a real prospect. Shame FFN hasn't shown one of his fights seeing as he is on there a lot.
Absolute class act, not the finished article by any strech- as long as he works hard and has the desire I think he CAN be a world champion. Seriously... He also posts here. Having watched him do well in sparring with one of the top champions about at the moment in John Simpson and by all accounts handle himself very well with Jason Booth- there seems to be real talent there. carl sparred john simpson twice at kevin's gym last year and done well although john was a good bit more experienced than carl,very nice lad with a great attitude and desire to learn,he needs to keep sparring guys better than him at this stage to keep improving.good luck to him!
And a great spar it was too! Far more entertaining than most fights that end up live on Sky, and I'm not exaggerating. It was a privilege to witness. :good Simpson & Frampton are class acts both in and out of the ring.
