Strongly disagree.I think he proved a lot last night.Pascal would be a difficult man to stop for anybody and i still think Froch has the power and the mean streak to stop virtually anybody in the division.
What Carl did prove last night that he hasnt needed to in the past was an amazing will to win,a granite chin and a workrate that i doubted was there.Bring on Kessler and Calzaghe!

check all next weeks listings for ITV, ITV2, 3, and 4. It must be on one of the four channels at least once.

The scoring was a bit lopsided. There was no more than a couple of rounds in it. Froch has got to up his stamina, go to the USA and get some quality sparring in.

What does the USA have to do with the quality of sparring opponents?

thing I liked about Froch the more Pascal laid into him.........it brought out nastiness in Froch to fire back with even more fury

This is a sign of a winner

Froch is not exactly Mr Likeabilty

But I have always considered him a danger to Joe Calzaghe

and last nights performance confirmed to me why Calzaghe avoided him

froch v keelser.............surely its the fight we now all want to see

    Agree with all of that

Just about when Pascal had his best spell, when he threw a few after then bell, Froch looked at him like it was a street fight, he's got the warriors spirit no doubt

I've always liked Froch. Whatever his skills, his attitude is for real in my opinion. Wants the fights, wants to fight.

Thought it was a great fight last night.

Watched Enzo, then Khan, then Froch. No comparison.

I'd agree the scoring was all wrong though. 3 or 4 rounds max.

I enjoyed the match, and I've been impressed with Carl's more mature attitude in recent months...with regards to Joe Calzaghe.

I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan, though I do appreciate the fact he's looking to fight the likes of Kessler and Taylor.

I believe he can beat the latter, but not the former.

Good win for froch and I felt pascal was a very worthy opponent.
Two guys rising stars fighting each other putting it all on the line, good entertaining fight.

As for the suggested match ups Kessler I would favour 65 35, taylor would be 55 45 for froch and for calzaghe I would say 75 25 calzaghe.

The thing that struck me was from 7 on both looked pretty spent fighting in spurts. Unfortunately even at this late stage in his career Calzaghe would be all over him for 12 rounds forcing the a pace too fast for froch.

Kessler has more power than pascal so some of the shots that landed last night from pascal would leave more of a mark if kessler can hit them.

Taylor does not have massive power and froch has already shown that he could deal well enough with a faster fighter in pascal. If the cobra caught taylor I am not sure how well he would take the punch.

I watched the Khan fight then switched over to Nottingham and there was just a wall of sound. The atmosphere between the two venues was a real contrast.

You mean getting hit repeatedly by a quick fighter confirmed to you how he's a danger to Calzaghe?

Last night showed why he is a candidate to be Lacy'd by Calzaghe.
