looks like carl has moved on to kessler now, knowing he will never get a crack at joe.
Hes been giving his usual slagging off comments, but i cant help but think why does he even bother when he is another british fighter who just does not fighter any proper top 10 super-middleweights and is alway calling out the top dogs
what do you guys think about 'the cobra'?
how do you see the kessler fight, if ever made unfolds?

Calzaghe and Kessler are the men to beat him

He takes all the others pretty easily, with the exception of Taylor, who gives him a going over before being stopped late

Regardless of you including Bute is the list of people that beat him, incorrectly...

Berrio and Miranda are not tough fights for The Cobra. Both punch hard, but they both have egg chins. Froch is even more skilled which is saying something, and punches just as hard.

    Common sense picks.

Miranda is just entertaining, he was destroyed by Pavlik and Abraham x 2 - Froch would do the same

Berrio ducked Frochy because he knew what was coming

Bute is way over-rated, people are saying he could beat Kessler, which is stupid.

He does, but his chin takes that out of the equation to a degree - and his unorthodoxy makes it hard for opponents to figure him out.

Calzaghe would outwork him to a UD, whilst Kessler will do a Lennox job on him and jab Frochy to death

true i see where you are coming from, apart from his chin i feel it has not been tested fully by a top level puncher like edison, kessler, abraham, taylor becaue if he can take good pop's from these guys then i think he can go very far because like you said he can bang and he is hard to figure out with all the different angles he can throw at.

    Miranda isn't good enough

Kessler isn't really a banger as such - he isn't feather fisted, instead relying on his skills to wear opponents down (mini-Lennox!)

Abraham might be a problem, as would Taylor

Froch is a betterfighter than he is being given credit for...he'd beat kessler quite comfortably in my opinion

no i dont think so because kessler is a very sound boxer who at times can be very textbook in style. once he gets his jab going he would find a home for his 1,2's on froch's face

    Nope:bart

He'll beat Pascal, and that's the end of the line. Jermain Taylor is slated to be Froch's first mandatory after he beats Pascal. Seems odd that Froch keeps ignoring the fact that the WBC has already planned this. JT is way to fast for Froch. He'll lose his new title on the first defense.

Instead of talking about what's really going on, Froch prefers to prattle on about Kessler and Pavlik. Kessler's fundamentals are to good for Froch. Against Pavlik that low left gets him knocked the **** out.

The guy does not have much of a future at the higher levels of the sport.
