    I was just looking at Mando Ramos Record, this guy beat him n picked up the title..The name was obscure to me.. Was this guy pretty decent?

    Cruz's claim to fame is as the guy who upset Carlos Ortiz and permanently ended his championship days. Other than that, he was not considered anything special as I recall.
