Meh some guys balloon up between decent fights.Nothing new. If he ever gets a big shot again,he'll get back down to 154
His weight has varied quite a bit through his career, basically he'll fight anywhere from Welterweight to Super Middleweight. He especially doesn't mind fighting at higher weights in his ring rust type fights like this last one. But as STB said, he'll probably drop back down for higher profile fights if he gets the chance again.
