Neither guy was really landing clean shots...yes Santa Cruz may have thrown more but Casamayor defended better.

I didnt realize that but i mentioned that this was a way worse decision then that fight and that fight was a bad ****in decision.. You're right how does that guy continue to judge? They all should be held accountable for their scores.

Simple. This was Casa's first fight for Golden Boy, and they were going to make damn sure they get a return on the investment before he gets put out to pasture. He's not losing a decision any time soon until he gets cashed out in a bigger fight.

I had it 116-112 Santa Cruz and that was an easy fight to score after round 6

The judges were Frank Lombardi 114-113 | judge: Ron McNair 114-113 | judge: Tony Paolillo 113-114

Look out for these guys in the future - absolute disgrace!

I just hate that he did this, that they did this...hell, even that Cruz did this (he could have committed to finding Casa and ending it...or maybe not, he's either triggershy or just too limited to effectively finish, a disappointment either way) - and especially that I now have to lose such a great deal of respect for someone I held in high regard, and look forward to everybody making derisive comments about him and remembering him in this way. Very sad.

I thought Santa Cruz won 117-110. I don't call many fights robberies, but this was one.

casa is out of the picture @135. the ring title should be vacant now. no question, juan diaz is the top guy at lightweight. casamayor is just all talk and can't back up his words.
