me too. maybe its just genetics or something like that but for some reason white guys just dont seem to hit as hard as black and hispanic fighters

Baer is the first guy that comes to mind. One of the hardest hitters in the history of the HW division, and one of the best chins too.

Because Pavlik fans are going to try to put him in this category and they're going to get slaughtered.

    with good reason.

pavlik's a good champion for recent time but there's nothing to suggest he'll be anything more than that and i don't expect him to be more than that.

4 out of the top 10 punchers of all time according to Ring Magazine are White. The other 6 being Black.

Who do I take more serious this magazine that has been in publication since 1922 or Brickfists? You don't know what you are talking about!

wow you guys are ******s :patsch. Most of the guys you listed are top fighters/contenders. These are not the HARDEST punches. The hardest punchers are probobly found among the lower tier fighters. These high class fighters you listed, have very good power, but its comibined with the rest of the package that makes them a top fighter. The HARDEST hitting fighters are probobly guys who suck because all they focus on is power :yep

and what do you mean by power? knock outs, the ability to change the fight with one punch, their are differnt types of punches, heavy handed or quick head snapping punches. Also, alot more things go into a good punch other then pure raw power, timing, speed, distance, ect.... So are you asking about pure raw genetic strength without all those intagibles?? well their is no way to find out unless you want to take the punches first hand yourself. :think

I hope thats not joe fraizer your talking about, because if it is then you know nothing about boxing. Have you even watched fraizer fight? He was more of an acumilation puncher then a big hitter. Mentoining him in the same group as george foreman just shows your ignorance :bart

being able to land those punches goes hand in hand with being skilled enough to get to the top ranks of boxing.

the only ****** here is you - the guy who takes things at face value because he thinks hitting a hammer at a circus qualifies john doe for the strongman competition....
