I know the politics of what the IBF have done ..But I have no Ill feelings towards Martin...Congratulations ....On a serious note .I really think that this Man is being overlooked and is the bogey Man of the division ..I have a gut feeling that he stops Anthony Joshua very quickly ...and most will be shocked ....Martin is a very dangerous man and I am keeping close eyes on his career...

What are you congratulating him for? He got something without earning it.

martin is heavy handed /thudding type puncher / /is big/tall and a southpaw

but top fighters wanting a belt would all make a bee line for him first

    h is flat footfooted/clumsy footwork/
    does not show a feint
    has no head movement /
gloves are in poor position todefend himself/has no experience to fall back on /

he is not an explosive fighter or puncher and a good heavyweight who knows how to handle a big souhpaw will find him out pretty easily.

david haye IMO would hacve a field day with him.

not a critisim on martin he simply has not been put in against fighters where could learn his trade.

now he is in the limelight and unless he is moddycoddled he i expect will lose and lose badly.

Shame that was probably most people's first impression of him.

Fair play for beating Glazkov, but the four fights of 2015 consisted of lower level / journey man fights against Vicente Sanders, Tom Dallas, Zumbano Love, and Damon McCreary. IMO, although Charles Martin may have gone under the radar, I couldn't back him to beat Joshua, Fury, Haye etc.

Chisora has no power but would still brutally KO Martin early.

First time I've seen him and I was not impressed. Will have to watch another fight in the future to make a legitimate judgement though.

Wilder is proud of him!!! :deal

he got lucky in the Glazkov debacle...

I hope King Kong cleans house by smashing
    Ustinov... Fury... Wilder... and Martin...

Get off his ass, he can't help it that Glazknee gave out, he's a solid fighter, and far better than most of the people on this site are giving him credit for. I was expecting the Glazkov match to be a showcase coming out party for him, unfortunately the match which he was winning anyway didn't go the way that I hoping it would, but he was coming on and hurt Glazkov a few times in the 3rd. Chill out on crowning him the next Wilder would ya?
