GGG is a good example of what having a subpar promoter/manager will do for your career. He maybe has 2 fights left at the top level. Some people think he's already sliding now.

So, all it takes is for Charlo to beat a cripple and he became mandatory, next he beats Pee Wee Herman (Centeno) who is a very delicate fighter who is very weak, can't fight at all, no power and very thin frail bones. Golovkin is far better than the cripple and Pee Wee!

MW is real interesting right now. How nice would it be if we could take GGG from 5 years back and plop him in here too?

There's is no real reason to not like Charlo. He backs up his talk in the ring and is calling out the champ - as many are now. We probably get the Canelo rematch after Vanes, which means hopefully these other top dudes all fight each other instead of lower ranked fighters.

As for Golovkin if he doesn't fight Canelo, he has a choice to make. When he was up and coming he couldn't get Cotto, Martinez or Sturm to let him make that jump into the big time. He's got younger, fresher and legit guys knocking on his door now. Is he going to give them their chance?
