I think Charles was pissed off at the way in which Chisora said it. Charles said that even his mother and father don't speak to him like that so he's not gonna let Chisora disrespect him. Doesn't say what was said exactly but it was probably a bit stronger than "Mr Charles could you please help me get my head gear off? Cheers"
