Yep.When I said Id rather see Carl defend against Stevenson first rather than rematch Kessler they were laughing at me,saying Stevenson was crap and wasn't worth a shot, etc. One boxing expert in particular, who doesn't come on this forum anymore.Probably knows more than I do but not on this occasion.Nobody admitted they were wrong, either, surprisingly.

He certainly has not overtaken Fury, if Chisora fights Wlad instead of Fury then Wlad is taking the ****, Del has kept busy yeah but against what level of fighter, Scott was ok Gerber was ****. Fury is ahead of Del in terms of where their both at Fury will likely fight top 10 guys now Chisora won't be.

Chisora is ahead of Fury in all the organizations. That's why their talking about fighting soon because Fury wants Del boy's ranking.

Sadly,LilNiall is probably right.Chisora is doing well, staying active.Only thing I disagree with you on is about Scott.I thought he was a lot better than OK.That could be Dereks best ever career win.David Haye, whatever the reason, has cost Fury.By the time he next fights, hell have been out a year.It might be a warm up,not a Wilder type fight.Chisora has probably overtaken him because of his activity.Ironically,I think Fury would stop him next time.

Fury had 1 fight in 2013.

Chisora had 4 fights in 2013.

Chisora is currently ranked - WBC No.6, WBA No.14, IBF No.7, WBO No.2

Fury is currently ranked - WBC No.8, WBA not ranked in top 15, IBF not ranked in top 15, WBO No.6.

I would say Chisora is currently ahead of Fury.

Wrong fight for Chisora! He should be gunning for a title fight, ideally with the WBC.

Wilder has never fought anyone anywhere nearly ranked, yet he is ranked #3 WBC$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ How did he get ranked that high without fighting for it?????????????????$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$So, perhaps Chisora plans on doing the same thing as Wilder. Will Chisora fight Sconiers next? Fury will beat Chisora again and he will knock Wilder out, but Wilder will not sign to fight Fury or Chisora. Wilder will not sign to fight Thompson either.

The only reason Chisora is ranked so high with the organisations is down to back handers from Wa rren, his level of comp(in terms of victories) is below Furys

At least Chisora is staying busy.
I think it's an OK fight for him, but one he may not lose.

I hope he's facing a better contender before Sumemr.

Probably TV issues for one thing. And we don't know if Fury even really wants the fight. It's not like Fury's twitter is reliable...

I think the fight is OK.

There are only a small number of top HWs in the world, or interesting opponents like a Deontay Wilder. Trying to get them over to the UK for reasonable money probably isn't that easy. Not sure I would blame them for wanting to stay away from British refs...

Fighters today don't want to fight. Or rather, they want to fight at the right time and when the money is right.

Boxing, I think, would be in a better place if promoters weren't so careful with their talent, and if fans didn't care so much about losses and were more willing to see rematches. i.e. top guys could fight each other regularly without worrying so much about individual losses.

The main victory Chisora has is over Scott, who is arguably better than anybody Fury has beat, other than Chisora. But Id say Fury would beat all Chisoras victims, also Derek himself. The fact remains Chisora was the one who did beat Scott,to get a high rating and kept it by defending his title.Tyson has been dead unlucky because of Haye.Could even lose his rating because of inactivity if he's not careful.
