sparked in less than 3 minutes. He can't punch can he? That shoulder was knickered.
Old age, lack of fighting activity - rarely does this end well

Why are they all doing this!? Surely a comeback in boxing against a similarly aged fighter would be more financially lucrative for guys like Degale!?

When DeGale was coming through, James was an exceptional puncher and counter-puncher at a certain range. Adam Booth used to call it “the blender” — and if you stepped into that pocket, he’d chop you up. That’s exactly why the Groves fight played out the way it did.

Not sure how much he’s got left now, if anything, but in BKB he’ll need to walk these guys straight into the blender if he’s to avoid going the way of Gavin and Cox.

People forget how talented he really was. Made hard work out of fights that he could have breezed through

He had a terrible habit of fighting to the level of his opponent, if he takes it seriously he should do well but whilst being a world class boxer gives you a good start and foundation in BKB, you have to have to have a different mentality.

Does anyone have any idea how much he'd get paid for risking his health and reputation in this?

DeGale should beat this guy but I don't see him going far in BKFC.

Spot on. This was exactly the case in his first fight against Caleb Truax. Spent far too long on the ropes.
