A member of the high risk low reward group if there ever was one in recent years.

Listed as 6'4 (He looks MUCH taller. He probably is.) with a 81' inch reach. Was 263 pounds against David Tua, and that's not fat. He's just a massive, massive guy.

No compunctions about holding, or jabbing from a distance for 12 rounds. Weird considering that in his 23 wins he has 21 knockouts. So he has power.

Not surprising that he's in a stable of fighters in Germany alongside Henry Akiwande considering he fights exactly like him. He's actually fought Akiwande as well.

Also, great chin. Only stopped once in 10 losses, and he had no problems going 10 with a David Tua in a fight he only lost by SD.

Anyone have any stories, observations, anything?

He's a massive guy with decent skill, excellent survival instinct and good power. Last time i saw him was against rising (but overweight) Cuban talent Odlanier Solis. I don't think he's more than a journeyman/fringe contender however. He didn't take a single round of the Cuban.

    Oh, I agree. He's a C level guy, B at best...

He's just one of those weird combinations that ends up being a epic pain in the ass in there.

I've seen some youtube fights of his. Not bad skills, obviously no world beater, but with a good trainer and management team, I think he could have done more. Nothing too great of course, but a level above where he is now. I like his willingness to fight the best.

I saw him on TV once. He looked impressive against a journeyman whose name now I cannot recall. At that time he certainly looked the part of one who could have become one of the best. Pity it never turned out that way. But I think he could be very good against certain types of fighters.
