    Chagaev is too slow, overrated power....
    Cleveland at his best could beat him by TKO....

    williams had a good record and was devestating at a level but just didnt win 50-50 fights. I would pick chagaev.

    I think that Williams would be a bit too much for Chagaev.

    Despite the spots on his record, he was a much more talented fighter.

    Prime for Prime, Williams by mid-round TKO.

    However, if this is post-shooting Williams vs. Hepatitis Chagaev, then Ruslan by mid-round stoppage.
