Just reading what Dan Rafael had to say on the fight last night. Bob Arum was talking about possible opponents for JC and Berto for me is potentially a thrilling fight. I feel for JC, I would like him to get his rematch but it doesn't make economical sense for Top Rank or Cotto.

But Clottey v Berto this year would be a thriller I think.

A fight you guys would like to see?

NOOO!! Give the man his rematch, its only right. Berto should give Collazo his rematch(which looks like its gonna happen) and Cotto needs to give Clottey his rematch. I feel bad for Mosley though, hes got nobody to fight.

Berto's handlers won't let him go anywhere NEAR Clottey.

Joshua is far too good for Berto.

Berto would want a crack at Cotto, which I think is very winnable for him.

    Berto by UD.

Make it happen, this is another shot for Clottey and should be glad if they take it.

Posted that in another thread but....

Sincerly, i think Berto doesn't have the tools to beat someone like Cotto. Hes a very good athletic fighter but Cotto's jab will be the key to this fight. I see it troubling Andre big time and not giving him the opportunities to launch his combinations.

Berto never fought someone who can box better than him, has a better inside game than him and who can hurt him at the same time. Berto's speed and athleticism won't do the trick against Cotto....I think the one who's got the style advantage here is Cotto and that's it going to be a nightmare for Berto. Cotto on the other hand has faced all the styles its possible to fight and beated Mosley who is a better version of Berto (while being different in many points).

Cotto already went trought hell and came back stronger so nothing Berto brings that he hasn't seen. How will Berto react when Cotto brings him to hell....?

Berto would be killed by either Cotto or Clottey.

He doesn't have anything these guys havn't seen before. Clottey is far too solid and Cotto's left hook would be on SONG.

Berto's not ready for a step up of this magnitude despite what many people seem to want from him. He needs to first face the Judah's, Quintana's, Cintron's, and Collazo's of the division before stepping up to the elite welters.
