    Conditioning The Body For Body Shots

    - Core workouts.
    - Taking body shots or using medicine balls and dropping them on your stomach.

    Any core strenthg workouts, anything that requires balance.

    Taking body shots will help you get accusom to getting hit, but don't overdue this. You'll just be doing damage to yourself if you take this too far.

    They say a littler bit of fat aroung the midsection helps. Not enough that it's a load, but just enough to cover up those pretty abs. Personally, I'd rather have the abs.

    Umm, I don't know what your talking about with the fat part, because fat won't help you take punches.
