    What's the rumpus? When he withdrew from his scheduled July thirteenth challenge of IBF welterweight champion Jaron "Boots" Ennis due to an eye injury, he was already coming off 16 months on the shelf. Now it's up to 18 months and counting for the Ontarian southpaw.

    He had some momentum from that little run of popping Abdukakhorov's cherry and then beating a couple more recognizable names in shot Josésito and Abel Ramos - but I can't even find any official mention of him being in talks for anything for Q4 of 2024. :nusenuse:

    He originally had surgery last November to repair his retina, which seems to have been either botched or in any case didn't stick as he needed a second emergency surgery after training for Ennis. Career over?

    You're final question I think may be just that..............heard his career might be over, at least that's what some Youtube boxing outlets are surmising.
