Did anybody know that Luis Collazo fought this weekend? I read it on the website that has a lot of NEWS. It says he won by TKO in the 6th round. It's surprising that he was a top 10 welterweight and had to fight a journeyman with no TV exposure. Shame on Don King.

Are you referring to the same ability that lost a questionable decision to
    Berto and Hatton?

This is what is wrong with boxing. He beat Berto (IMO) and while that bum gets plenty of unwarranted exposure Collazo is forced into low paying fights with no TV exposure.

i didnt see the berto fight but i thought he beat hatton.remember last year he had to fight an untelivised 8 rounder on mosley-mayorga undercard just to get a fight.

He's done this a bunch of times before. Travis Simms also fought a nobody on the same card. Collazo COULD take tougher fights, but he'd rather take no-risk fights than low-money fights with more risk. Don't forget, he turned down a Joshua Clottey fight not that long ago that had gone to purse bid because the bid wasn't high enough.

    I know....

I wouldn't be surprised if the judges are told in advance that Collazo is
    just a trial horse!!!!

    He likes easy toon-ups.

Only bad part is that it wasn't on tv.

He was 149,5 lbs and won by TKO 6.
