You mean Camacho? IMO he would be one of the few guys at the lower weights I would slightly favour over PBF...

I suppose it could be said that neither man ever fought a guy of the same quality as the other. Floyd's acheivments in the lighter classes are probably a tad higher, but I still don't think that he ever faced a man of Camacho's calibur. Hector was a little bit quicker in his day, but Floyd was probably more accurate and threw a wider variety of better polished shots.

This would be tough to decide, but in either case, it would be close and probably ending in controversy.

Floyd by a split and highly desputed decision, leading to the start of a 3 fight series.

I think that Floyd may be surprised by Camacho's speed, and lose a couple of rounds. Then, just as in Mayweather's fight with Judah, he would figure Macho out and win a decision.

Mayweather's technique is superior to most fighters, and he doesn't lose it when he's in a pinch. Camacho called on his atheletasim a little more, and that would cost him in this fight.

Close Call, but I''m going with Hector, he's somewhat tougher at 130, though Floyd would make it real close.

People only choose Camacho because they want to downplay Floyd's greatness. It's almost an 'intellectual' position to downplay his greatness.

    Floyd UD win.

    Disagree with that statement.

Camacho gets his greatness downplayed as much as anyone. And he hardly has now or ever for that matter, a big legion of followers anyway.

As for the fight, I see Camacho and that busy style of his simply throwing way too many punches for Mayweather to deal with & win rounds against. He fights at about 50% of the pace Camacho fought at 130 and it'd be Hector leading from the opening bell and Floyd covering up during flurries and waiting. Giving his shoulder defensively works far better against the right hand leads type opponents.

below 140 i don't know, at or above i'll pick mayweather to win with the last few rounds when camacho has slowed and been discouraged
