Combat 8 info??

Recently been seeing that these combat 8 shows come up here and there,wondering what the rules are?I have a fair idea,with the 6ounce gloves,5x3min rounds and no shoes,can anyone help me out here with more info,titles,ground rules,time on the floor,whats allowed on the floor(Knee's),wraps under the gloves etc etc.....................appreciated.
