Carl Froch beat Arthur Abraham for a World Title last night and both of them were coming off a loss. When was the last 2 boxers fought for a World Title coming off losses?

    No idea.

But the WBC and Sulaiman now sanction whatever they think is cool at the time. At least they're not as bad as the WBA though. 2 weights with 3 titleholders and 11 weights with 2 titleholders

Just 4 months ago Juan Manuel Marquez defeated Juan Diaz in a fight for the WBA/WBO lightweight title - and both came off losses (to Floyd Mayweather and Paul Malignaggi, respectively).

True, but both losses were in higher weight classes, so perhaps it shouldn't have any bearing on that. Marquez was really the lineal lightweight champion still and Diaz was in a ring classic with Marquez in his own last lightweight bout.
