    who are the current commonwealth middle and super middle champs? and where can i find updated commonwealth rankings?

    the english have some great traditions respected the world over. commonwealth countries respect the english enough to want to be part of them. boxers of these countries have valued the commonwealth title highly for decades.

    i suggest you have no respect for england, the british, and are a migrant. YOU are meaningless. **** off!! oh, yeah. im an aussie. so dont go saying im a pom defending england.

    I am a Brit, and very proud to be one - but the Commonwealth boxing title is now meaningless. It hasn't always been the case though!

    To answer your question - Darren Barker at middle, and Carl Froch I believe at super middle

    What makes them so meaningless? Surely they are a stepping stone to something better just like the WBU titles?

    Or am I missing the point completely?

    The level of competition is so questionable it renders them meaningless.

    The WBU's aren't really a stepping stone, because there are no mandatory contenders, you could fight anyone within the top 100
