    Sad news. Fingers crossed he comes through okay.

    I didn't see the fight but read he took a few knockdowns. Could it have been stopped earlier or was it not an obvious one?

    He fought a great fight but tired in the late rounds.

    Could have been stopped in the 11th.

    The fight stoppage was okay, what wasn't was in both knockdowns were punches when he was down

    I said it in the fight thread at the time, it should have been stopped as he was clearly exhausted and had no chance of winning. Hopefully he recovers okay.

    classic brave corner work. the lad fought his heart out, but by the 10th and 11th he was getting dropped multiple times and had no chance of winning.
