[YT]osP_kXPXQp4[/YT] Conor needs to stay in his lane, people think Fluid will run around the ring. I'm telling you FluidRunner will press Conor and knock him out. First KO since 2007-12-08. :admin
McGregor will get KTFO'd by any top-100 welterweight. He's awful. Got his sh't pushed in UFC by jorneyman, can you imagine what jorneymen in boxing would do to him?
Omg! my eyes!!! I'm blind!!! that's awful! There are people in the amateur section who do it better. wtf!
Conor isn't a boxer. Why would he be good at boxing? He looks terrible because he is. 2 different sports.
This sparring video tells you a lot if you concentrate on only watching the footwork of both guys. Conor is often terribly off balance. For example look at around 0:08 how he crosses the feet for a moment right in front of his opponent. Horrible beginner mistake. There are also some weird "karate" influences. My experience with people who were heavily into kickboxing or MMA and then switching to boxing is that their footwork is extremely stiff because they're used to being leg kicked and fighting bare footed. Boxing footwork is much more fluid and free, you develop it through years of training strictly boxing with boxing shoes and not worrying about your legs being butchered by some dangerous muay thai guy. If one doesn't have that strict boxing training he's going to be in severe disadvantage here. Another thing is that Conor is used to fighting in a huge octagon rather than being constricted in a small ring (Pride MMA fighters had trouble adjusting to UFC octagon even though it was the same sport). If you put this all together it's very clear that when it comes to footwork boxing has a totally different dynamic than MMA and every MMA fighter transitioning to boxing is going to struggle with that. EDIT: To give more examples: at 0:28 Conor awkwardly crosses his feet again and then goes into some karate kid mode. 0:42 off balance and terrible judgement of distance, gets caught with a jab flush.. you'll never see a top level boxer getting hit like this 0:55 reacts to a subtle feint with a slow lead left then steps back but remains in perfect range to eat a jab 1:00 plodding forward off balance, misjudges range eats two jabs
Was the softest spar ever He has his chin in the air. That straight right off fmj will eat him up all night
