    Bull**** decision, as I've ever heard it said?

    Didn't they hate each other decades on over it? :lol:

    What was with their mutual loathing of each other, anyway.

    Cooper went on and on about it, sulking and disrespecting the young Bugner.

    Yes it was close and yes Cooper was unlucky because as champion he probably deserved the benefit of the doubt (sadly, something that seems to not be the case anymore).

    But from what I saw, it could of gone either way.

    Cooper was (is) a true-blue British hero, while Bugner was never as warmly embraced over here.

    It doesn't really fit the situation 100%, as both guys achieved a lot more in their respective careers, but imagine if Bruno had lost a highly disputed points decision to Lewis instead of KO...the bad feeling against Lewis would've lingered for decades too.
