I don't dislike him but the guy is not very good. I thought Jermain Taylor beat him 9 rounds to 3, he got his ass kicked by Zab Judah, I thought Karmazin beat him, and although he got robbed against Philips that fight should not have even gone to the scorecards. You gotta give him credit for unifying but his reaction when he beat Mayorga wtf was that about. it was funny when he came out in St-Louis with Nelly and the whole show and then got raped by Zab Judah.
nah no way karmazin beat him. 'made in hell' got destroyed that fight, and i was very impressed with spinks that night. judah did bomb him out tho.

He cried like a *****. The fight was a joke anyway as Spinks spent the entire fight running away from Mayorga. It was truly awful to watch. I was happy when Zab KO'ed him in their rematch.
Because he runs and tries to pass it off as the sweet science. I think we all like fighters who can be defensive but keep us interested and wanting to watch more. Spinks is pretty much as close to a runner as it gets.
Actually I think he bat Karmazin by a couple of points and it was a real good win for him..his second title in another division..first fight after a long layoff...most people thought he would lose since Karmazin was #1 at the time..Karmazin came on late..but Spinks sealed most of the early rounds. Unfortunatley I dont think we'll ever see him truly dedicated and focused again..
Spinks shutout Jermain Taylor and should be a 3 division undisputed champ, but they stole the victory from him. A lot of people hate Spinks because they prefer fighters who go out there and just get their head bashed in.
