Cotto is having issues with the same hand he injured in a car accident a few years back. Because of this he has had to change his training regimen but his trainer says that Cotto looks more determined than ever. He is at 156 now.

I just read an article on him in El Nuevo Dia and theres a training video on him hitting the bag....questions and answers.....no word or mention of any shoulder or hand problems. He said he's ancious to get back into the ring and bring home the belt and more ancious in the following fight. Does'nt sound like any excuse making to me....check your source.
I read the same thing Capitan read. I heard he is hungry to be a champ again and that with physical therapy the shoulder problem has been controlled and is feeling now 100% for the fight with Jennings.
His source was El Nuevo Dia yesterday. I saw it too. But there is not reason to panic. Does anyone remember Floyd Mayweather shoulder therapy and complaining of pain during the 24/7 series prior to his DLH fight???? Cotto will be just fine!
