if thats true why does'nt he come to 147? because even he knows the whole top ten 147 pounders would all beat him including zab who beat him at 140. cotto beats him in 8th. floyd by 11th. cintron by 9th. marg by 7th. quintana 117-111. collazo 115-113. williams 116-112. okay i made my point.

    Spot on.

(Don't think Williams would be that close though. 120 - 108 on workrate)

While it could be a great match - we have no idea how Witter can perform at 147.

I was impressed that Junior beat Vivian Harris.

i'll take cotto anytime against junior, cotto prove me wrong when he beat the likes of quintana and torres. Cotto made his mark at 140 defeating current champions malignaggi and torres. Cotto-hatton could be better

I wouldn`t see Witter getting beat by all of them, probably Cotto yes but Collazo? Doubt he`d beat him.Collazo couldn`t put away Ricky Hatton so how could he beat Witter?Hattons not much better than Witter imo.

Witter would beat Quintana, Margarito, Collazo and Cintron, these boxers are so overrated its unbelievable, Quintana couldnt take out The bum Henry out half as quick Witter did, yes Hatton struggled with Collazo but Hatton is bordering LWW/Lightweight height wise, Witter has the power and reach to make it at WW, but like Dominic Ingle said they cant get any Welterweights to fight him, they should look to try and get a fight with Quintana cause Witter would beat him.

Ok considering in his entire career Junior has never even been close to being KO`ed could the kids amongst us explain "HOW" Cotto is going to KO Witter in 7 rounds and under?

Wow Witter shouldn't even fight anymore, just continue to call out Hatton because he just keeps getting better and better in peoples minds without throwing a punch. Cotto dominates

Witters power is very overated. He ko'd about 10 stiffs in a row and has taken out Harris since he stepped up his comp, after going the distance either 3 or 4 times.

Cotto is a proven fighter, Witter is becoming a mythical god like fighter on these boards as as of late.

Having said that Cotto would walk and break Witter down in quite easy fashion.

    Cotto in 8

He really is becoming a God around here and I don't quite understand it. I think it's more Hatton haters than anything but I mean come on. He's a good fighter but people have him the best at 140 and beating the best WW's? I don't get it

Very easy answer is Hatton...I get how people are pissed he's supposedly ducking him but he hasn't exactly done so much to deserve it either. But at least he's taking the right step and fighting Bradley, you can't just sit on your ass and continue to call him out. Win a couple fights and if he still doesn't take the fight then Hatton is a coward.
