Makes sense. Both fighters career got off track because their losses to Margarito. But since Margarito is a cheater both fighters now have a chance to redeem themselfs.
Cintron is going up against Alfredo Angulo next who is just a bigger version of Margarito. So look for Kermit to get his head taken off again and that would smash any hopes he would have of fighting an oppoennet of Cotto's caliber ever again.

If Margo cheated all his career as you say, that means Daniel Santos and PW are way better fighters then Cotto and Cintron because they beat Margo.
