How do you think Amir Khan would have done against a prime Miguel Cotto @ 140?

Cotto - brutally: with one caveat. Cotto struggled at the end of his tenure at 140 - this would have to be around the time of the Bailey / Corley fights. Against a weight drained Cotto, Khan would have a shot.

I like Cotto, a lot, but he'd be giving Khan just about every advantage. I've never seen Khan tapped to the body before, though. It would be interesting to see how he'd fare against Cotto's patented body work.

Cotto would have made Prescott look like malignaggi.

Cotto by brutal ****, then stoppage.

Cotto at his 140-pound best would destroy Khan.

Absolutely this. As much as I like Cotto (not the current ghost of Cotto that still boxes) Khan is an unstoppable wrecking machine at the moment thanks to some creative shakes.

cotto...don't think khan could keep him honest, and doesn't have the footwork to elude him

At 140lbs, I definitely favour Cotto. Cotto has trouble with very fast hands, but Khan doesn't have the pop like say Pacquiao. I could see Cotto being able to take shots to get his own off. Cotto working the body to get the finish.
