Cotto vs Marg 2

    Imagine if this fight got signed tomorrow.

    Surely would be the biggest fight of the year.

    Don't give me any Manny/Floyd responces. This would be the FOTY fight we are looking for,

    I get the argument that why give margo a chance to earn more money.

    As a massive Cotto fan, I say that through fear of Cotto losing as apposed to the money Margo will earn. What do we care about how much Margo has in the bank.

    But the history with this fight. How pumped cotto would get in order to get revenge.

    The thought of these two stepping in the ring would make me so nervous for Cotto.But come on, he can do it.

    This fight would be amazing.

    Haha yeah i know what you mean, i'd be nervous for Cotto as well.

    I want this fight, i do think Cotto would beat him..

    my dream is that cotto massacres him worse than mosley with body shots and then actually kills him with a shot to temple that snaps his brain stem

    would love this fight to take happen, would be pulling for cotto all the way as i'm sure most would.

    Arum would be a fool to not make this fight. First was one of the top 25 fights of the decade, and there is a great revenge/redemption/reinvention storyline for another fight. Would do over 1M PPV buys. A no brainer, IMO.

    Cotto-Margo II is one of the most anticipated rematches so Arum would be a fool not to make his fight happen.

    IMO no one should ask Cotto to do this fight.

    He doesn't owe us anything.

    This fight should only get made if Cotto really wants it, not because arum has convinced him to in order to make money.

    As nervous as I'll b I want this fight to happen so Cotto can get revenge but I want it to happen @ 147 cos that's where the 1st tool place...

    I'd love to see this happen and I'd be nervous as hell that Margo could somehow pull it out....and it would def take place at 154....I don't think cotto gonna go back to 147

    id love for this fight to happen,the 1st was an instant classic,one of my fave all time fights,number 2 would be a great fight too,they've both lost a step since then but id be awesome.

    I'd love to see this too, and preferably with the following conditions:
    • Back down 147, where hopefully Margarito will be more drained than Cotto
    • 80/20 split in Cotto's favour. Margarito really doesn't deserve to benefit from a healthy pay day such as this.

    Everyone keeps saying how they don't want Margo to fight Pac or Cotto so he gets a big payday and constatntly overlook a solution such as this. It's so simple and I'm sure Marg would understand
