who wins at 147? Is the concensus here that Tito KO's Cotto brutally? Cotto is a very good and smart boxer, and lets face it Tito got emberassed by the good boxers he faced in Hopkins, De La Hoya, Winky. So who you got ESB?

Those guys all have better defense than Cotto.

Cotto gets beat up by Tito just like Oscar would beat him up.

Tito crushes Cotto. The difference in height and overall ability would be staggering.

Tito takes him...but it would be a great fight. The Cotto that beat Mosley vs a prime Tito is a great fight but I think Felix would bully him with power shots and punish him with hooks in close. Tito has the height and reach advantage as well, and would come in at close to 160 which is an advantage in itself. Still, both have questionable chins which makes it even more exciting

    Tito TKO10

Tito up by 3 rounds at the time of KO

It really depends on when the fight took place (obviously this is all hypothetical). If it's after Hopkins or Wright, than I don't believe it's a forgone conclusion that Cotto loses. Cotto has a grit that I feel Tito never had. I loved Tito... he was one of my favorites. No one finished like him. But he got spoiled I think, along the way. He knocked men out. But you could sense the air deflating from his ego against Oscar, Hopkins, and Winky. If Cotto had the examples of Winky and Hopkins, I give him a shot. Otherwise, a young, overly aggressive Cotto probably gets KO'd.

never hook with a hooker - george foreman

cotto would go inside hooking which rightfully it's his bread and butter his jab would cause tito problems much like vargas did with his jab
tito would drop cotto a couple times in a fight that i can see being stopped in the 9th-11th round area

I see a mid round stoppage for Tito . The first 6 rounds would probably be competitive . But i see Trinidad catching Cotto with something big that he wont have enough time to recover from and then takes him out . Trinidad was always one of the best finishers . Tito 7rnd TKO

The best Cotto at welter (quintana, judah, mosley) vs the worst version of tito at welter, would still, imo, get stopped.

I view this as somewhat of a mismatch, and I also think that Cotto fails to even go the distance with Trinidad, 10 out of 10 times.

    Tito TKO 7
