cotto may outbox Williams for about 6 rounds, just like when he fought Margarito.. Then Williams will put a lot more pressure then COtto gives a knee.. Unless Cotto can end it up like the 2nd round knock out by Martinez.. He just needs a lot of Luck.. Its just who sets the phase.. Well i voted for Cotto By a KO..
