He is alot faster then people give him credit for and is a much better boxer. He'd be too much for him.
Mayweather will not pose the same problems as Mosley. I cannot see Mayweather bullying Cotto into the ropes. But I can see Cotto doing that to May. If the fight comes off, May is the favorite. But Cotto will hurt him. I want to see how Mayweather reacts.
Mayweather would not fight Cotto how Shane did. Mayweather would not get hit the way Shane did at all as Shane has no defense and does not even try to avoid punches. Mayweather would make Cotto use his legs but Cotto's jab.....that is something to think about when you think about a Mayweather fight. I am a stark Mayweather supporter, but Cotto/Floyd is no easy win for either man.
Mosley was the ultimate challange for Cotto, he passed it, although it was hard, Mayweather will be easy work for Cotto. He will absolutly steamroll through him, bust him up and knock him out in the 11th.

Sorry PBF is too good defensively to be streamrolled by anyone 154 and down.:deal Can Cotto pose some problems sure for one his jab and relentless attack would for sure. With that being said PBF can cause Cotto just as many. His defense, ring generalship and counter-punching will fustrate Cotto. But to say Cotto will run through PBF is foolish.
