    So they're saying that Crawfords needs 4 months to drop 23 pounds? I'm calling cap, if anything he overtrained and was bone dry for the weigh in. Fact of the matter is he made the weight, now we see how much he rehydrates.

    He’s not drained but he did originally weigh in at 148.2 and returned 2 hours later at 146.8. I’m curious as to why weigh ins are now private.

    More likely hes over trained as he mentioned it many times starting camp way early even his face has gone narrow & in looking drained.
