    need some help please lads..i'm getting really bored of crunches
    i can do 75+ before i get any burn,what alternatives are there?..

    decline situps, hanging situps. add weight

    leg raises, bicycle crunches.... Check them out on youtube.

    Crunches with weights on your chest

    you should continue to do the crunches for endurance, but mix in some rotational strength exercises and exercises with more weight, i.e. a medicine ball.
