Cuban Boxing Work Rate

    I've always been impressed by Cuban boxing. Everyone in this video has great technique. They all show good power, balance, speed, and work rate.

    I'm curious in their secret. How do they have such impressive work rate? Is it just simply hard-work and discipline?

    they're work rate doesn't seem anything out the average imo, i mean the video only goes a minute and ten seconds..

    i picked that up straight away that must b solid.work rate wasnt special jus looked good cos there was so many ov them sqashed together.

    this is not a workrate / conditioning drill, and good workrate comes from hard graft no big secret unless you are implying something along the lines of PED's???
