What is the deal with Cuban boxers? Howcome the government won't let them fight profesionally? (besides Castro's ignorance of course) I know they produce great fighters and could bring good press to the nation, whats the deal?

Does anybody think non cuban trainers sometimes have an adverse effect on cuban fighters? I heard solis looked bad in his last fight and his style had changed since he was an amateur.
