Don't mean to sound biased, but at least 3 outta 4 I think the Mexi's would take it. The only one I'm not to sure is Mikey-Gamboa, but wouldn't be surprised if Mikey would win that one too in an upset. He looked flawless against Salido. Like a young Mayweather at 130.
All competitive fights, i think the mexicans have the edge in these matchups. I was VERY impressed with Garcias last fight.
crazy you admit that whether you're cuban or not,I can't give a decisive answer but could tell you who'd be favored & the likely out come.Close fights though some are toss ups.I'd favor rigo but wouldn't be surprised if mares won(Rigo UD),Favored gamboa & he's got a good shot but after Mikeys last performance over salido I'd say it's more impressive than his W thus why'd lean more towards Garcia close UD or even SD.Like Lara but even if he outboxed canelo I see no other outcome than ginger coming out with a decision fair or not unless Lara can somehow tko him but that's highly unlikely:think,last but not least Marquez beats casayamor prime or not just more skilled & too much heart.
Marquez already beat casamayor ( at 135, past his prime but I rank Marquez ahead of casa) Garcia ranks among my top 10 fighters,could be ready to move up and take on Gamboa but is a close fight. I can't say about Canelo because i haven't seen him against a legit 154. Rigo vs Mares could be a classic.
All good match-up and 50/50 to be honest. Rigo beat Mares in the Ammys, but can he grind it out at for 12 rounds? Mares can take a shot, Rigo's chin is shaky, but hard to get to. I don't know, but I could see Mares getting to El Chacal in the late rounds forcing Rigo to get too defensive and loose a decision. Mikey vs Yuri depends on the weight. I would like to see it at 130, but Mikey needs a tune up at that weight. Mikey looked dominant but I still have some questions. Canelo hasn't shown me what he could do against a natural top 154 pound fighter. So I don't know how he could handle Lara. Right now I have it in favor of Lara. I'm sorry, but I think Marquez would of still been able to figure out a prime Casamayor and take the win in a hard fought 12 round classic.
