I like this list of yours except No.4 Golovkin. He should be at No.10.

Solid list but I can't see Spence above Teofimo.

Teofimo beating Commey and Loma & becoming undisputed is superior to Spence beating Danny, Porter (split decision) and ex featherweight Mikey & only unifying 2 belts. Moreover, Teofimo went straight for the best while Spence said he prefers "easy route".

Spence never said he preferred the easy route. Top Rank and PBC just don't get along. Period.

Babic is a clear number one, nobody has made it past R3 with him. Casual youtube fan hater!

Fury doesn’t deserve a top 10 spot. Josh Taylor probably deserves it more than him.

I got Teo #4 just under Spence due to Spence having beating 6 top 10 ring rated fighters in his division.. Porter, Garcia, Mikey Garcia(also P4P #4 during Spence fight) are all currently ring #10 WW rankings. Kell Brook was #1, Lamont was #8 at the times of their fights against Spence. Like it or not he’s in the process of cleaning out an entire WW division which is rare since the days of Trinidad and Oscar. Far from an easy route as you suggested but I do think he’s stalling the Bud fight just as I believe Arum personally doesn’t wanna match Teo with Haney right now..

It's too early for talk about Babic being ranked in the P4P top 10 and I say that as someone who enlisted in the Savage Army months ago
