With Tarver he had 3 fights in 3 years totally outclassed 2x by Dawson in 08,09 and a ugly win at HW 2010 and with the Pole coming off a god awful performance where he was given a gift against Palacios and he was having bad marriage,financial problems and OD'd on Anti-depressants. Phil has said on another forum with this Cameron fight that the IBO only make sure that the fight was within the CW limit under 90.7kg any agreement between Green and Cameron was their business so long as they weigh within the CW limit. I assume it would have been the same with the Flores fight. But going on Greens past with Briggs where Paul weighed in 2kg over the agreed 84kg limit Green would have severe financial penalties for anyone weighing over what he wanted. One thing Green isn't is stupid. Its his promotion and he likes to have the odds stacked in his favor. If Shane weighs over 89kg he will cop a hefty financial penalty I reckon.
