Great opportunity for Vic. Moreno is fast & athletic but I don't see how a guy with 11 kayos from 33 fights is going to be able to hold him off.

Sounds like a great promotion btw. The Honda Centre in Anaheim is a great venue and if you go along you get to see Mares v Agbeko II as well.

A win for Vic deals him back in at bantamweight and likely sets up a unification fight with the Mares v Agbeko winner.

i see vic is ranked no.1 for donaires wbo title.

donaire moving up soon and vacating it yeah?

if vic beats moreno, he may be on his way to attempt to become undisputed bantamweight champ.

If he gets past Moreno he should use his high WBO ranking to pull the Arce rematch at superbantam? 4 legit titles in 4 divisions and his accomplishments as undisputed champion would make him a FHOF and P4P top 10 in my eyes

Bad news is it is unlikely we will get to see it! Main Event are showing Cotto v Margaritto 2 (which is an awesome card by the way) that day and they are unmable to confirm if the Vic fight will be shown on delay! If they do screen it I hope the coverage is an improvement on what they dished up for Vic v Peres which was the single worst PPV broadcast I have ever encountered!

Great news....the Cotto vs Margarito card is off the charts good!

Main Event should include a few hours tape delay of the Showtime card as part of a PPV package....that would be well worth the $50 in total for a change.

Agree Kegs! The Cotto card is possibly the best on paper since Don King's Night of Rematches card! hopefully we will get the Vic card in some form or another!

True that mate a rematch grudge fight, shrewed in controversy as the main bout from a sold out MSG.
Top that off with 1 of the most exciting young world champs in the sport - Rios, as the co-feature.
Then you have a IBF welterweight world title eliminator & to finish off a rematch of 1 of the most exciting fights from earlier this year on ESPN involving Wolak-Rodriguez.

If this as a boxing fan does not excite you nothing will!!!!!

Ward is number 10 and I'd rate vic above him if he can get a belt a superbantam. Now you go **** off back to bed with your boyfriend :hi:

Vic would also have to avenge his loss against the winner of the Bantamweight tournament (whether it be Agbeko or Mares) to even have top 10 P4P consideration IMO.

Fair call but I don't rate the Mares loss highly with the ****ing low blow count Abner racked up, the agbeko loss was his worst apart from nonito. He couldn't do a thing to trouble King Kong that night and agbeko has only gotten better since then so I don't see Vic winning that.

If nonito's biggest win was againt Vic and/or Montiel, does that call for a top 5 P4P ranking? Vic has won a **** load of titles againt top fighter and his always been underrated on the world scene.

**** the haters, crab man is a beast! :bart
