It wouldn`t be a decent fight, DM is more shot than RJJ. At least RJJ still has his wicked handspeed.

Maybe you should have watched how he unified the LHW division, beat the crap out of a very good Virgil Hill and beat the two fighters who beat Toney at LHW, Thadzi and Griffin, KO'd Rocchigiani who was never knocked down before. In his prime, he was a monster, he would have lost to RJJ but would have been a live opponent.

Style-wise, DM would have given Roy tons of fits, which largely explains why this fight never happened ten years ago when it ought have happened.

Jones-Michalczweski is a logical fight at this point. Both are basically done at the top level...

And yeah we gotta see DM vs Roy Jones, even if it does come 10 years too late!

Yeah, & he'll pop shot his way to a UD, like against Trinidad. I actually thought Trinidad fought the better fight, technically speaking.

10 yrs ago, DM rocks him to sleep with his beautiful left hook.:yep

But Roy is known to fight abroad. :-(

Please don't use the olympics excuse.

    --------------------------

No matter where the fight would take place, Roy would knock him out in three rounds today.
DM was shot against Tiozzo three years ago and way past his prime against Harman (he took a helluva beating before knocking him out) five years ago. The Tiozzo fight revealed that even his once great chin has gone.
