David Hayes new trainer

wont make a difference, haye is finished and only fighting for money. i hope AJ doesn't give him the payday as he doesn't deserve it, even if he came back and KO'd Bellew.

 

He will fight Joshua eventually. There's not really many top heavyweights Joshua can actually fight.

 

He's been done since Wlad totally dominated him.

He's had a good career but it could have been so much better, he'd never of beaten either Klitschko but if he had fully dedicated himself year in year out instead of chasing the Z list celeb lifestyle he could have been spoken about as a ATG Brit.

 

36 years old with a recent 3.5 injury timeout...

Then in his first real fight from that 3.5 year injury timeout he was beaten by a CW, as his body fell apart during the fight.

Haye is finished as top level HW. Its a legitimate question to ask if he is even top 20 at HW.

However if AJ wants an easy win for big money, then surely Haye must be top of the list.

So from his perspective its worth it to fight low level and hope he can get a big name and big money fight, as he is being divorced and thats very expensive in feminist England where women get 50% plus of all of a mans wealth just for cleaning and cooking and taking the sausage monster now and again

 

Haye is a complete fraud....i simply cannot believe he has/had this fanbase !!!

Can somebody please enlighten me why anybody cares who his trainer is?
He has done ZERO to brag about at Heavyweight and he is 8 years into the weight....

he is almost like a HW Amir Khan

 

Never mind the trainer, Haye needs some paralympic running blades. Because his feet are shot to pieces, let's face it.

 

Contrary to pretty much everyone by the looks of it. I think this is good news for haye. Lets be honest hes still a big punching heavyweight....still worth tuning in to see what happens. I think his biggest mistake was shayne mcguigan. No disrespect to shayne but it wasnt really a good fit. They seemed to convince themselves...that no one could take hayes power. Didnt seem like they worked on how to set it up. Just practised punching hard...a lot.

This guy should sort out hayes disasterous footwork under mcguigan. Was convinced it was the injury. But the more i look at it i think it was actually just mcguigans footwork. Wanted him to move about less no bouncing about. Haye was never the same without booths footwork. Left him too predictable and out of ideas. Hayes still got punch power. Speeds on the wane but it,ll improve if he loses some timber. This guy should get him setting up his shots better.

 

Great move, can see Haye being World Champ again by the end of 2018.

Can't wait until Haye proves everyone wrong. I think we'll have a situation where the majority of UK boxing fans and casuals will then suddenly jump back on the bandwagon and act like they always backed him.

When he loses to Bellew again, I wonder what the excuses will be.

 

If he loses to Bellew when hes healthy then no excuses, because that is father time, not Bellews skills !

 

Bellew can't fight at all, if Haye loses to him his career is over, but he deserves a chance to come back.................then we will see.................
