    I actually always wanted to know specifically, what Haye does in his training camp, as I always saw him lift heavy weights in build ups and wonderd what kind of weight programme he uses.:good

    if have other workouts of his in a book that he used to build up to heavy weight if you want them?

    yeash can you post up what he did weights wise michael, im curious as to his rep range

    For strength work he did.

    Single arm incline dumb bell press. 6x3
    Russian twists 6x3
    military press 6x3
    deadlifts 6x3

    Power work.

    Bench press throws 4-5 sets with 5-7 repitions
    Bar-bell chop, with same sets and reps.
    Jump split squat, with same sets and reps.
    Medicine ball throws, with same sets and reps.

    His conditioning coach was Jamie Sawyer's
